Impero Lounge - Carta

Our experience at Impero Lounge was good! The place was cosy, food was good! Service was excellent. I recommend a visit there.

Lovely place, one of the best Gluten free menu's that I've seen for ages. Very well catered for. Fantastic service and great quality food.

Very nice visit. Good coffee and lots of choice for eating. Good service from friendly staff. Will visit again. The only negative was I found the music too loud as it made conversation challenging. Ver carta

To be honest, the meal is good but not so different than this kind of restaurant. But the service and ambiance was great. I even ordered a second beer after dinning because if the music!!! The waitress was very kind with me, and acceoted to take a picture

Extensive menu with tons of tasty options, with the option to order and customise online. There's also a large gluten-free and vegan menu with adapted dishes. Brilliant coffees with non-dairy options. Great atmosphere, indoor and outdoor seating. And it's dog friendly!

Absolutely the same as every other outlet in the Lounges group. Solid, safe and sensible, you know exactly what you'll get a bit like a tastier and more expensive McDonalds. Better when it was a couple of independent outlets rather corporate banality. Still handy when you need a reliable burger though. Ver carta

Just so happened to be visiting on quiz night with a pair of friends. The place felt alive with people. Great to see friendly dogs welcomed! Food was fantastic and the staff were really personable, friendly as people and not friendly as a job. Thank you for making it a great time guys : one thing I would say was the music was possibly a little loud as we came in but not obnoxious.

I popped in for breakfast as I was on Portishead and I wasn't disappointed. The quality of the food was amazing and it was all very tasty. I had the breakfast, which came with a pot of tea. The tea was also delicious, and i got 3 cups put of the one pit. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Social distancing and masks are still enforced. Great layout of tables inside and outside. Toilets were clean. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Decor was nice, although a little dark.

Food was lovely and prompt. But we ordered a bottle of white wine and, only after it came to the table and had been poured, we discovered the wine wasn 't chilled and was actually quite warm. Turns out the fridge hadn 't been working all day but they hadn 't told us. We asked for a replacement cold wine but it was hard work and they tried to charge us more for an actual cold bottle, when it had been their lack of communication that caused the problem. It was very much a 'computer says no ' moment rather than a focus on customer service which was a bit rubbish. Such a shame as the staff and food were generally good. Ver carta
