beautiful, but should not be called Indian food. overpriced.

this restaurant with ease for a special occasion booked. we welcomed and sat right away at the arrival. I found the decor a little clear, but the service was excellent. we found the tasting menu and eating to be top class and very filling. they even allowed us to change an item on the set tasting menu.

superb progressive Indian. delicious menu that is creatiw and offers an exciting and authentic taste palette. they have a remarkable brunch menu. look at the tea menu that offers many rare tees. expect them posh mayfair ambiente. music played in the restaurant needs desperate revival from its current music. fantastic modern style Indian cuisine! everything was delicious and balanced. perhaps besides dessert I was the only one who ordered a dessert and it was not suitable for the meal standards! the service is of course excellent! it is expensive 70 pfund per person with only one glass red wine! but it is worth it!

we made dinner with our friends and we all loved it. it is undoubtedly one of the most delicious Indian restaurants in london. the atmosphere in this restaurant is very romantic. the personal is knowledgeable and friendly. everything they tried was delicious. recommend this place to all, especially Indian food lovers.

Really beautiful setting. Service was professional and friendly. The food is an experience; very creative and unique. It is a modern take on Indian food, which sometimes became a bit too modern and swayed too far from traditional Indian flavours. Although this may be a matter of personal opinion. Incredible food, perfectly balanced flavours, spices and heat. You feel the chef has taken a no compromise attitude, but still managed to track a path that will please almost anyone. Decor is chic and understated and the ambiance very relaxed; there's no snobbery here. A mention must also go to the staff and service which was simply excellent. They were all smiles, showed just the right amount of attentiveness and were happy to answer any questions. 5* from me.

Such wonderful service in this cosy restaurant. The waiting staff are very knowledgeable, the interior rich and warm, and and the food artistic and unique. Of course the main thing people talk about here is the Makhan Malai (butter cream). Available in pretty much one town in India for two weeks a year, Indian Accent as far as I know is the only company serving it outside India. It's like eating a milky creamy cloud! I opted for the tasting menu for my wife's birthday. Great modern takes on traditional Indian fare from street food to the usual famous dishes. The width and breath of the choice represented on the menu was phenomenal. The cocktails aren't bad either! Will certainly return.

The original restaurant in India is the only restaurant from India which is on the list of the World Best 50 restaurants. Their London branch is not less though. Creative dishes in a fine dining style but still full of taste. We were a group of 8 and there was not a single dish that was not excellent. Decor is simple and basic. I would have given a 5 star rating if it was not for the disjointed service which started in a welcoming and efficient way but became slow and inefficient once the restaurant got busy.
