Fully enjoyed our meal but being charged £1 for extra spice to a dish I’m finding hard to believe,and extra cost for lime pickle with popadoms again but both the meals were delicious and would recommend you visit. I love this place, and we go quite often for family meals there because its the best Indian food in cambridge, however, the new male staff there are a downgrade to the previous guys, no where near as friendly or hospitable, and the dirty looks were unacceptable. Not enough to stop me going again but will be looking at a new regular place in the future. Service: Dine in

100% recommend the Indian Ocean. Food was delightful, lamb 2 ways starter was probably the best piece of lamb I think I have had! 7 of us went as a group and service was brilliant, didn't have to wait long for the food. Starters and desserts were excellent, the mains pretty average. The mains don't really fit with the setting either very much standard Bangladeshi curry house while the rest of the menu and the restaurant itself are more modern Indian. Service was fast and attentive. Pricing is pretty high, and charging extra for minor changes or additions £1 per spoonful of condiments) seems unnecessary considering the overall costs not enough to annoy, but had me wondering why...

The decor is lovely with a very clean, well maintained space. The food was delicious and fantastically presented. Lovely portions and the lamb was very tender both from the starter and in the main Rogan Josh and Biriyani dishes. The onion bhargis were generous and crunchy without being oily and the Paddhi Chat was divine. All dishes were tasty and the service was great, with friendly and efficient staff. Very, very enjoyable experience. Do highly recommend! Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options. Was great to see such a large selection.
