I had to wait for a long time before someone came to take my order and when I finally got the food home, it was inedible.

Gone down Hill with new management, Potatoes were hard, bland taste. Wouldn't be surprised if it was microwaved from previous day

Food was 40 mins late and cold. Ordered a lamb curry but sent chicken. No salad sent with the poppadoms. Won't be ordering again. Ver carta

I arrived at the counter to place an order to discover its 10% cheaper if you phone your order in advance, great if the answer. On arrival back to Totnes we discovered we had a rice missing and the one wrong naan bread, many attempts to phone but again no answer.

Please note that Nawabs has replaced the former restaurant, Indus. I ordered food from here and it was, without a doubt, the worst Indian food I have ever tasted. I suggest avoiding this place completely. The food was covered in greasy, orange sauce and was not edible. I had to throw it out and request a refund through Deliveroo.

Ordered a meal on line at 4pm for a 6pm delivery, no sign of the meal by 7.15 phone constantly engaged, mobile not being answered. Despite my mobility issues I went to the take away, sorry on line not working (takes your money mind), guy offered to cook what I ordered quickly and get it delivered, as soon as I mentioned lamb that was it they had none, got a cash refund and ordered my meal elsewhere, very nice it was too. Avoid run by amateurs. Ver carta

Awful! We ordered lamb saag, got given chicken, knowing we had ordered lamb, and only found out when we got home. Were told it was because they'd sold out of lamb, so not only did they not call us to let us know so that we could change our order but they also didn't tell us when we went to collect! Ordered 1 mint dip, 1 chutney and 2 mango. Got 3 mint and 1 mango! Then there's the stale poppadoms. Worst customer service and Indian around. Avoid!

The worst service ever. Placed order for delivery at 6pm not received by 8pm. Could not get through on phone so went to restaurant to see what had happened to find machine had broken and order not processed surely someone could have phoned to tell me this. I asked to have my order cooked so I could take it. The order included prawns and lamb. I was told they only had chicken. A total disgrace . I went to Tandoori Nights in Preston who were amazing and saved the day. Highly recommend

Terrible, terrible, terrible. I had to give a star in order to leave this comment. The food arrived half an hour earlier than the scheduled time. I ordered a banana dish, but there was no banana flavor and the meat was so tough that my jaw hurt from chewing it. The semi-hot dish I ordered was so spicy that I could hardly eat it and ended up not finishing it, more like a very hot madras. The naan bread was also not good, I would recommend avoiding it. We decided to give this takeout place a chance since we had always ordered from the previous owners and the food was excellent. However, after this experience with the new owners, we will definitely not be ordering from them again. Ver carta
