"I received a phone call from the restaurant. Even though I have booked normal seats. The lady who phoned me transferred us to the bar which is not what I had booked, and it’s not proper for a business dinner. I told them that we will never come back. Given how they treated us. This is bullying and most likely the restaurant is overbooked and is just using this as an excuse which I find unacceptable thus I’m giving you this information so other potential guests can be aware how they treat people and their booking system. Truly disappointed at this. My average spend is for above normal perhaps around 2000 to £4000 for dinner since we are both wine, lovers."

The steak tartars and the beef ravioli were very good. We sat at the bar and were very well supervised by Ed and the other personalities behind the bar.

The last time I visited about 3 years ago, and the food was amazing. All we ordered was tasteless, undercooked, badly dressed or not freshly costed. We didn't enjoy any of our dishes and sent one of them back. Wouldn't recommend it.

Very good service, nice ambiance. We had some starters and 3 main courses. The food was very average and bland (especially the fish). Won’t be coming back for food. Will be coming back for drinks and the bar is nice and so is the restaurant and service Ver carta

I didn’t know about the place and took a chance out of browsing on the web trying to find a de ent but not pretentious place in Mayfair. Wow, was I ever surprised by the quality of the food, the choice, the service and the ambience. Superb! Highly recommended. A little jewel in the heart of Mayfair..Well done!

The restaurant is spectacular, decor, cutley, layout, even the bathrooms are gorgeous. Decent menu, lot to choose from, but wish there was a few more vegan friendly options for the main. Attentive staff. We were very fortunate, went on a quiet night and was able to have the table by the window and all for ourselves to chat privately. I love this place, perfect for our new year dinner. :o)
