I searched for months to receive a booking confirmation by email, but I did not receive any answer, calling on the phone always answers to the person who says NOT OCCUPARSI of the reception!!

Modern and well-kept environment. Comfortable and functional bathroom. Also present powerful hair dryer, something unpredictable, I, having long hair always bring in vsligua. Great location, close to the center and with excellent cuisine and service. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Position: 4

Ottima cena con menù degustazione. Passatelli con tartufo e guancia di vitello. Gustoso anche il pane al formaggio o ai cereali. Siamo stati consigliati benissimo dal metre di sala. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono. Piatti non convenzionali presentati con cura, gustosi e digeribili. Ambiente moderno ed accogliente. Consigliatissimo per ogni esigenza. Ver carta

Clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are on two floors. At the entrance there is a living room with TV and the bathroom, on the upper floor there is the double bed and another TV. To climb there is a very steep spiral staircase. We also tried the hotel restaurant and it was a great experience. Fine dishes and excellent value for money. Very kind staff. I recommend it.

Nice, clean. To review the system of hot water and care for details (outside table ever clean, fridge with old string for the corkscrew, chest of drawers filled with cards as instructions fridge TV and other, service cards with general information on the absent structure, leaves to sweep and in the evening return problems for parking, because it is also open for their restaurant.

Luogo molto accogliente e ben curato. Nasce come ristorante vegan con ampia scelta di pietanze, ma nell'ultimo periodo l'offerta è diminuita. Comunque il menù vegan è molto buono e le pietanze vengono servite con raffinate composizioni. Anche il servizio ai tavoli è ottimo. Il cameriere che ci ha serviti è stato molto gentile e disponibile sia nell'illustrazione dei piatti, sia le indicazioni che ci ha fornito. Dimenticavo: si mangia a bordo piscina e l'atmosfera che si respira è molto rilassante. Consigliatissimo, ritorneremo sicuramente. Ver carta

We stayed in a standard room. Unfortunately I was not happy with the accommodation because: -the mattress/bed was absolutely basic and felt all the springs. - in the evening he did a little fresh and in the room there was no blanket and missing the reception we did not find assistance. - breakfast is standard although the area offers high quality products, certainly improved. -decisously dissatisfied with the room that had two skylights covered by curtains as from photo, the door had an opacized glass that allowed no view so a room in practice without window. I highly recommend staying in this property, not so much for the quality of the services offered, of which I did not have the opportunity to avail, as for the inability of the reservation office. I booked a room by phone, I was confirmed the reservation and requested to send an email with my payment details and then a series of teases on the phone when I recalled for news about the payment. Only four days before arrival, after having called for the umpteenth time to have a confirmation rag, I was told there was no reservation in my name and I had to turn to another facility. If you are unable to manage reservations without Booking, do not give the possibility to book by phone.

I'd like to put zero stars but I can't. I didn't even get to the resort. Better explain to OCTOBER I called to book the nights of 31-1 CAPODANNO in an IMPERIAL SUITE (550€ and I am confirmed booking. So far everything ok, if it was not that my partner yesterday calls to receive an effective confirmation given the closeness to the end of the year and is answered with "response" of background that in reality they have not booked the room and that therefore they do not translate in the new year. Today I call to get information about this disguido and I am told that: they did not know why the room had not been booked and that besides it was impossible a real reservation because the suites in Oct...
