Istanbul Kebab House

Service was terrible and the food was too. Worst kebab I’ve ever eaten, how they call themselves a kebab house is beyond me, verging on false advertising!

The best kebabs in town, Great hospitality, The food and service was incredible, Big salads, Rice and mixed kebab meats are a must try. If you are looking for a proper turkish kebab or pizza this is the place to go for a great takeaway or eat in.

Don’t even bother going to this kebab shop been here over 4”5 times it’s always bad each time evertime I’ve gave them the benefit of the doubt to many times food is shiteeeeeee and I had to wait 2 hours for my delivery don’t waste your time and money

Ordered a delivery after about 1hr 30 mins still not arrived , then got a call from them asking why I haven’t picked my order up I said ordered on line for delivery, they then delivered and the meal was stone cold , avoid this place at all cost , terrible service

Ordered my kebab/chicken and waited patiently for it to get cooked, noticed other people coming in and being served after me and getting there food before me, the first 3 times where okay but when it got to 10 mins and I was being told 2 minutes and waited an extra 10-20 that took it too far.

The kebabs were really awful. They were delivered with all the ingredients separated, the pitta bread was cold and not even cut open, the lamb was hard, dry, and cold in lumps, and the sauce tasted like sour cream instead of garlic sauce as I had requested. I ended up throwing it all in the bin. When I called to complain, they were indifferent and didn't seem to care. I definitely will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I believe this restaurant has been under new management recently, and unfortunately, the quality of the food has significantly declined. I would recommend bringing back the previous owners. Half of our meal was so dry that we had to throw it away. Our sauces were forgotten, and I feel like I wasted my money. The food was poorly presented and incredibly dry, making it difficult to swallow. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We were a family 4 staying 2 nights in a hotel just outside the town. We were looking somewhere to eat Turkish kebabs. And after googling this place came up as a recommendarion. We had 2x lamb koftes, donner wrap, kebab meat in tray, onion rings, 2 soft drinks, 2 waters. The meals come with chips salad. We ate there. Our bill was about £28. Price aside food was delicious. The food at this restaurant is usually great. However, the service was really disappointing tonight. The payment link wasn't working, which was understandable due to technology issues. But the staff I spoke to on the phone seemed uninterested and kept cutting me off. After waiting for over an hour, the food still hadn't arrived. When I called to inquire about my order, I was abruptly told to wait 10 to 15 minutes as it was with the driver. When the food finally arrived, it was tasty but the pitta was overcooked and the salad was not inside the kebab as expected.
