"I tried the four-star restaurants michelin de caen in Normandy. I was going to write a review at the end by commenting on every restaurant. However, after last night's catastrophe dinner, I decided to write a review immediately for vaultier evavan. I sent an e-mail last week to book a table. I explained on the booking confirmation that a party was allergic to alcohol and did not like onions. the starred restaurant michelin will generally adapt and make changes to menus without problems. When we arrived at the restaurant, it did not seem that they received the e-mail and immediately served us as small aperitives, including a container of alcohol. aa they served us the tasting menu, I couldn't help but wonder why some ingredients were removed from my dish but not replaced by another one while keeping in mind that they had a week to think about what could be used instead of ingredients containing alcohol. I had to pour the gaseous water into our glasses because the waters were rarely on the floor checking the tables, the food was served at our table while I went to the toilet and no one came back to give me the name of the dish and/or describe it. the only dish that was interesting was pudding, but even if it was much too sweet and too sweet, it was served after a small selection of other types of candy. none of them works very well together. Overall, this is my definition of a car accident in a restaurant. It was very poor quality, nothing could be considered a starred restaurant michelin. Finally, the bulbs and frames were very dusty and full of spider canvas. While we were leaving and paying the bill, no one asked us how our dinner had happened! to be quite honest, this restaurant is not worthy of a michelin star and was too expensive for quality. I was at the opposite sense (one of the 4 star restaurants michelin de caen) last week and there is no comparison. against sense really deserves a star for the quality of food, atmosphere and excellent service. Avoid this restaurant in the state, it is very mediocre."

Inventive and varied, top seasoning, friendly service, good rhythm, why 4 out of 5? The quantities are a little fair. Positive to note, the little " are many and pleasant.

It's the hotel restaurant where we were staying. It is imperative to book and we have had a lot of chances to do it at the last moment for a Saturday night. It was excellent in a modern friendly setting

We made a stop on the road to the Brittany, a restaurant decorated with a lot of taste, exquisite ornaals with a fine purée of potatoes, a superb langouste on fennel, wines of cheap accompaniment, a friendly but professional service.

Certainly this restaurant is not the cheapest of caen, it would be the opposite. but the culinary experience we live in is at the height of the bill!The frame is luxurious, the very pro staff. excellent restaurant I don't understand some reviews I eat there 1 to 2 times a month as well as other starry on caen and its surroundings on average 6 times a month and this restaurant is part of the 2 best I prefer to eat an excellent cod than a bad foie gras and when there are some things to say it is in the restaurant and not on a site of reviews thank you

We've had a delicious moment! We chose to trust the chef with the surprise menu. We enjoyed the chef taking into account the pregnancy of my wife and adapting a cooking. the dishes are very well come presented and delicious. the service is very pleasant and in small care. our meal is worth the price. I therefore advise all those who want to share a meal for a great occasion.

What a good idea our children had by offering us this evening at ivan vulture! a very soft evening in a pretty garden protected by old stones, under tense veils, everything breathes here calm. A nice parenthesis. an inventive cuisine, very good products, subtle flavors, a nice presentation and a very pleasant service. servers compete in kindness and simplicity. We'll be back! Ver carta

hotel/restaurant located far from the centre. the decoration is quite modern, sober.From the menus around 40€ now but quite justified. What mastery! What a delight! from the entrance to the dessert. I keep excellent memories. What a good time! You're a memorable, bravo! The service is impeccable. Nothing to say about it! This restaurant is not worth a star!( we are accustomed to this kind of restaurant.) or the service (although presented orally for dishes and badly served for wines) and neither the nobility (swine and cod) of the products on the plate are at the height of the requested price. menu of the chef has 64 euros plus wine deal a 34 and apero a 10 as well as coffee a 4.50 make this meal all included to 110 euros (it was the only moment or felt l etoile michelin) .
