"Frankly, I've done everything to try to stay a regular. I've been there since the opening, when we could still have dinner at the table inside...Since it became a canteen for the Uber eats and other Deliveroo, that's all. Can't pay by card in delivery, you have to either have the currency or move. Since the new version of the site, the customer's loyalty ended, which allowed a small discount at the end of several orders, not much but worthwhile anyway. No more. And especially the problems of incomplete orders! 3 times out of 4 you have to go back to ask what's missing... Tonight, I ordered for 77€, 5 1extra menus, but I have to go back there because there are 2 menus, and wait 15min because one must get warmed... And no doubt I'm exaggerating to ask for a coca for inconvenience... Oh, yeah, I already have a bag of little bits of nougat... what do I complain about? Ridiculous. In short, the food is pretty good, the correct prices, but the service and attention for faithful customers are completely absent. Doing business is also maintaining good relations with regular customers, but at Izu, it's not the word of order... Too bad. I wish you a good end of the year and to continue that way, it seems to work well."

I ordered via Uber Eats and that’s what I get a bobun drowned in a sauce that’s not good! I'm disappointed and on the phone we dare to tell me that the customers are joking about it! The lady laughs on the phone like I enjoyed calling! I thought I'd eat a good bobun I'm sorry but a BOBUN! Then miso soup not good taste no short More I would never order at home!!!

Despite the good notes, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the products as a whole. I had for almost 50€ to two to take away (so much expensive) and the quality was not at the rdv for the price. Pikes that bathe in the sweet sauce, without great flavor. Some hakaos with a little chemical taste, and shrimp doughnuts surrounded by frying spiral that I found not very good. Finally, on a sweet note with coconut beads, that I always like to eat unheated, and that I found particularly dry and tasteless. Despite the speed of order preparation and the sympathy of the person on the phone, I do not recommend because I did not treat myself.
