Some great appetizers. Not so much the makis and the nigiris. For the prices they charge (20euro an average 1 piece of sushi), I would have expected better training of staff in explaining the dishes and in helping with the selection. Ver carta

Came here for best friend’s birthday dinner. All impeccable. Contrary to other comments, I enjoy very much the fusion touch on Japanese-based cuisine. Service amazing and all. If price isn’t an issue, this is the place. Make sure you drop by the rooftop with your drink before leaving, it overlooks the nice old town and eaux-vives

We were lucky to go to the Izumi Restaurant, on a Summer evening: The restaurant migrates on the rooftop, overlooking the Lake, the symbolic "Jet d'Eau", the cathedral etc...Food: Creative, sophisticated, first classService: OustandingWine list: rich and variedWhat more? Pour commencer super accueil des voituriers et un sens du service irréprochable ...Restaurant Japonais mais pas que, ... cuisine inventive, parfumée et délicieuse.Certes c'est cher, mais ingrédients frais, gouteux et un service a la hauteur.deco sympa, on a l'impression d'être chez des amis.nous étions dans la bibliothèque.Merveilleux endroit, vraiment un super moment.

The Japanese restaurant is located on the rooftop of the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues.Quite a close terrace with a fantastic view of Geneva.Unhurried service. Some of starters brought after the main dishes!All dishes are very fresh, but nothing remarkable. Probably, for Geneva, this is really the best Japanese restaurant. However, there are many places in the world where you can try truly original Japanese sushi and sashimi. And do not overpay ...It's more like a lounge, not a restaurant. It's a great time to enjoy the view of the city.

Abitualmente riconosco senza dubbio l'eccellenza di questo ristorante giapponese,ma questa sera,ho notato un servizio non troppo consono allo standard lussuoso del posto.Ritardi nel servizio mi hanno fatto pensare a troppe persone nel ristorante??Può essere anche perché conosco personalmente le capacità straordinarie del maitre Sign.Gianbattista il quale dimostra ogni qualvolta la sua grande professionalità.Ma veniamo a queste piccole sbavature del contesto generaleFOUR SEASON / IZUMIessendo al chiuso e non in terrazza per problemi meteo,ci dovrebbe essere un sistema più adeguato al ricambio di aria nelle sale ristorante,troppi profumi..troppo odore... persistente ...inammissibile che lo ste...
