"We expected a nice dinner, but we were disappointed. We sat at 8:15 on a table to see a alley. We waited for a while to get water, and when ordering our meals I was told that the kitchen could not absorb my wife's milk allergy to most of the menu items. The menu said the kitchen staff would like to do that. When lifting my cocktail glass, the floor fell out of the glass and muted on the table and the contents landed on the table and on me. When the waiter finally came back, he didn't seem to know what to do. We had to ask to move into another table and for some extra napkins to dry my clothes. We then waited a very long time for our entrees that arrived about 90 minutes after sitting. The food was excellent, but it was so late - after 10:00, it was difficult to enjoy. When we got the bill, we realized that the restaurant did not provide me a free drink to replace the broken glass. We couldn't find our waiter, so we paid the bill and left."

Nice Schnitzel and very very nice bone marrow starter. Complete wine list, despite the explanation could be more clear to help us pick. We ordered a surprise birthday gift which came in time and was really good. All in all, perfect experience.

Beautiful brasserie, very good traditional brasserie food but sadly the service destroyed the romantic evening. Bread was served after the starter, we had to help ourselves with wine, water and second service...and a waiting time of 40min for the crêpes flambées, at a time where the restaurant was already half empty on a Saturday evening. Not what one expects in such an restaurant!

Jack’s Brasserie, never ends in delivering top notch food and world class service in an old school setting. Had lunch on a Saturday and the service just made our day (from the the Porter to the waitress taking care of us) very attentative, relaxed but in a very professional manner, helpful and all with a smile.
