Jacobs Well - Carta

We visited yesterday for a family meal. There were 22 of us in total. We had a really lovely meal, the food and the service were both fab! Lovely setting x

Fantastic. Went in for a Roast on a Sunday afternoon. Wonderful service, and the food was just amazing. Probably the best roast I have had from a pub. Definitely recommend. We shall be returning! Ver carta

great food. homemade tasty on a dish. the steak and ale pee is full and fleshy and the extra jug of the beautiful engraving a great extra touch because after all I am a northern! very nice staff also. well made jacobs now will be back soon :

what a beautiful pub, beautiful meal last night and a wonderful atmosphere. we were so impressed by the service, friendly, fast and fun. we will definitely be back, now we have found this jewel. Thanks...we will recommend it to all we know xx

This pub was my first visit, arrived too late for lunch, however the owner went out of their way to make a sandwich and fries with side salad. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and went the extra mile.... Needless to say will definately be going back again. Ver carta

pity the Rib Eyes Steak has gone out of the menu, as it is ingenious and the best steak I have ever had!!!. Please bring it back to the menu. said the ribs were great. as always eating and service was excellent. very recommended to eat here, atmosphere is always warm and friendly.

for the day after holmfirth, but could not find any restaurant to tickle our taste buds, so drove a few miles n found this place, glad we, the eating was nice boiled, perfect, my partner had rump steak n he is really funny about steak, but he couldn't mistake it, the veg veg he with it was a perfect combination, atmosphere very welcoming and very welcoming

Without doubt the best Sunday lunch I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The beef was tasty, the Yorkshire pudding crispy and full of flavour and the veg excellent and varied. We were also given individual gravy boats brimming with delicious gravy! My daughter and I shared a starter and desert, both were excellent. And the service was very polite, friendly and prompt. 10 out of 10, we will return soon. Ver carta
