"To be honest it’s a solid 4 stars but reading the 2 poor reviews an average of 3 stars is really unfair. One person had to wait 20min# which I think is normal….. it also shows they’re frying the fish fresh. The Chinese meals themselves are lovely. Usually go for a sweet n sour, Christy beef, chow mien etc and they’re all really nice. The starter of mixed d’oeuvres is also really good. They also do fish n chips which are well priced. Not huge portions of fish but a good decent size. Chip portions are big. Staff always seem nice and friendly and working hard. I always get free crackers too when ordering a few dishes. Always collect so can’t comment on delivery service"

Most excellent Chinese takeaway in Taunton Somerset. Always great food drinks on offer and staff brilliant and have a delivery service .you must try if you love your chinese food , I recommend it

First time trying Jade House, as we've just moved to Taunton. Nicest Chinese we've had for some time. Delivery was quick, lady delivering was very pleasant and the food was piping hot. Would highly recommend.

Another tasty meal from the lovely Jade House , ignore the negative comments on here, everyone expects a 5 take away but I will tell you its very tasty and alot for your money I would recommend this little family run Chinese to anyone

We were staying locally as a family we placed our order using the extremely easy to use app, chose collection as we could collect within 20 minutes whereas delivery whilst possible was an hour. Arrived slightly early but in no time at all our order was ready. Very generous portions rice chips very large portions….. being a fish chip shop also the chips were lovely. Had multiple dishes all of which were really good

We have been coming here for 15 years but used it two or three times during last couple of months and really has declined. Tonight I had Mixed Duck and Pork which used to be just that in a flavoursome sauce. Now for the second time recently it was only two thirds meat with one third beansprouts in a sloppy, watery and tasteless sauce. Also used to do excellent Pad Thai but again now it is a poor imitation of it 's former self Hopefully may change management again and improve but we won 't be using again in foreseeable.

Had a fish chip supper tonight from Jade House in Taunton and can I say it was brilliant,tasty hot and loads of lovely hot chips thick fillet of battered cod also the service fantastic, very friendly and very clean tidy inside outside and have home delivery service to ,which is one of the cheapest delivery charges in Taunton Town. All in All a great experience through out my purchase from Jade House. Will be trying their Chinese food dishes on Saturday evening, over 200 dishes on their take away menu ,can’t wait Kindest regards PW
