"the enthusiasm of the birthday party we arrived has tied around the restaurant, which makes the conversation quite difficult, but it soon went back and the ambiente improved something. both our main, lasagne and meatballs, came unconsistently heated. the lasagne was in sharing hot and cool in others. the meatballs were simply piercable, although the pasta was hotly pierced. it was late, we were hungry, so not a fuss made, but it is fair to say that the food prep was sub standard and disappointing."

They dealt with our group of sixteen people very well. Mixup over booking but it was sorted out in the end. Agreed to give us separate bills

it is a huge place definitiw no need to book probably about 4 tables occupied by 1 clock. I think the waitress was new. she was beautiful, but she learned clearly.

There were two of us ordering two dishes and they managed to make two mistakes. Friendly staff but very slow. We ended up getting up to pay our bill at the till. Food was fine but nothing amazing. Ver carta

Our mains came out very fast however it took a while for dessert to come and service was very slow. Both me and my boyfriend felt ill afterwards, and we wonder if this had anything to do with how quickly our prawn main came out

Terrible. Really poor. the pork chop appears to have been grilled for several days. I would gladly sole my boots with it! Broccoli was both over cooked and cold quite an achievement! Despite being virtually empty, and having stated, “We are rushing for a train and only have 90 mins” on the booking, they took about 30 mins to take our order. Terrible. Really terrible. I love the idea of Jamie’s Italian but the execution is really bad.
