I went there before I got a train and the service was fast and nice. We enjoyed the set menu that was very tasty and took the extra desert, but were too full to finish it. I think they have nice and attentive staff. For 3 set menus and 3 deserts we paid about £50, tip included. I'd definitely go back next time.

Booked for the set menu on Christmas Day at quite a hefty amount. The food was absolutely disappointing. The menu descriptions and what you receive is two different things. The turkey dish was essentially a glorified schnitzel but not described as such on the menu. Most of the dishes were under seasoned and lacked any flavour.

We decided to stop at Jamie's for lunch and we were not sure being Italians but we definetely found such a pleasant surprise. Food was amazing and the staff was so polite and professional in listening to our difficult requests in amending the ingredientients of our pizzas. We had such a wonderful sweet waitress today, Silvia. Sorry we bothered her a lot as I have a couple of allergies but she had a great care of us.

The set menu is great value for money with a huge selection of dishes. The location of the restaurant is perfect. Inside there is a really nice atmosphere. However, the quality of the food could be improved. The starter (pasta) was lukewarm though the flavour was nice. The temperature of the main course varied between lukewarm on one side and the right temperature (nice and hot) on the other. I ordered the salmon pasta, but there was hardly any salmon on my plate (minimal) resulting in a lack of flavour. If the quality of the food could be improved, I would easily rate this restaurant 5*.

I used to work for Jamies Italian and so have eaten in their restaurants many many times, but this was my first visit for some time. The menu has changed slightly but the favourites still remain. What I was disappointed with was to see that not only have prices gone up a bit, portion sizes on some dishes seem to have been reduced. The worst example of this were the arancini which were about half the size i recall they used to be. My only other complaint was that the potato and ham croquettes were mostly just potato. Other than that it's still a good place to go for pasta in a relaxed environment.

Jamie 's Italian London Bridge After a long day at the Tower of London we looked for a Jamie Oliver restaurant within walking distance. Not only was it close but there were several tables available for the time we wanted. For a starter we had his famous meat plank. They advertise the Amazing prosciutto and so it was. My wife did not like the Tuscana fennel salami which gave me two pieces and it was very good. We could have eaten the pâté crostini all day it was that good. The rest was just as good; baby buffalo mozzarella, pecorino Sardo chilli jam etc. For the main course I indulged in the Pappardelle and meatballs while my wife had the Summer Orecchiette.
