The call center ! told us that there was currently a waiting time of about 1 hour, but they would call the restaurant to see what they can do for us. We got a new reservation for 9:30 pm. Well, there was no line at 9:30 pm and only 20% of the tables were taken!? The food was average and way too expensive compared what you got. We have expected much more. By the way: this was the first time we visited a Jamie's restaurant. It will also be the last time."

The location of the restaurant is great, and the food is usually good, although this time it wasn't as good as our last visit. The staff were very attentive.

Great food and cocktails. Loved my pasta and menu had a great choice. Shame restaurant wasn't busy so lacking a bit in ambience. Was 31/12 so people maybe stayed at home or went to fireworks. Waitresses were nice and friendly. Would go back.

Went with my wife and children. Waiter was friendly, food was good but they would not accept a top table cheque and when queried they promised to look into this and call me. That was Tuesday and no follow up. Very poor service and this was from the Manager!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My food was sent back three times, the place was dirty, and overall it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I will not be returning, and I had to find another place to eat with my partner afterwards. Additionally, the menu did not match what was advertised online.

Staff were friendly and efficient. We didn't have any long waits for anything. But, everything was really average for the prices and the metal chairs are very uncomfortable. 2 pate on toast, 2 turkey escalope’s w/chips, 1 dessert, 1 alcoholic drink and 2 soft drinks and the bill was £65. For what is essentially pub grub I doubt we'd return as can get tastier food for less elsewhere.

Both main courses sent back. Lasagne was a small flat serving of slop in a skillet that was over cooked. Not quite what I was expecting for £13 and in James Italian. I sent it back and ordered the meatballs which were nice. My son sent his food back as the pasta was thick and dry but the bolognese he had was ok. Overall, the staff were nice and the manager helpful in remedying our food but I have eaten several times at different branches and loved it but I feel the food has declined and I will not go back. Expected a lot more and very disappointed.
