Don’t normally leave posts but this place needs shaming , salt and pepper ribs were burnt and tasteless ! Managed three ! Beef in black bean sauce managed one spoon ! and I’d had a few drinks , beware

Worst Chinese I’ve ever had, wouldn’t feed it to my neighbours dod. Delivery man said he couldn’t find it first of all. When it did arrive it was cold. Ribs looked looked like they had been stolen from a dead dog! Very rarely give bad reviews but this is the worst place I’ve ever had a takeaway from and wouldn’t wish it on anyone! Stay well clear!

I would have given this restaurant zero stars if possible. The food was expensive, the delivery time was incredibly long, and after waiting 2.5 hours, the food never even arrived. The restaurant did not answer the phone, and Deliveroo was unhelpful in getting a refund. We are now left without our money, without any food, and feeling extremely frustrated. This business is a disgrace.

I placed my order at 7:25pm and received a message at 7:45pm saying that my order was on its way. However, at 9:05pm, I am still waiting for my order. I tried calling to inquire about the status of my order, but they either did not answer the phone or gave me the runaround. There was also no option on the website to cancel the order. At this point, it has been almost 2 hours since I placed the order, and I am ready to just throw it away when it finally arrives.

Unfortunately, I think I have ordered from this restaurant before, but I keep forgetting that it is not a good choice. The Pad Thai was disappointing, more like noodles with chili sauce, strange chicken, and a few beansprouts. It lacked traditional ingredients like egg and herbs, and it had no flavor. The sweet and sour pork and rice were also not good. Overall, I was very disappointed. Additionally, the food was delivered significantly late without any explanation.

My son and I have been odering food from Jasmine Gardens for a very long time and the food has been lovely; very fresh, light, tasty and nongreasy. It was also delivered in the time given. This last two times I've ordered food, it has taken almost 2 hrs to arrive despite being told 40 mins. Absolutely not worth the wait. Extremley greasy, artifical and tasteless. Disgusting. Went in the bin. £12 down the drain. On looking at the recepit it appears that my food has come from Planet Pizza, so what has happened to the real Jasmine Gardens? I've deleted their number in my contacts and I vow never to use again :

We ordered delivery and found it very disappointing but it was edible. I have eaten worse and much better, so if you're used low quality Chinese food you'll probably find it fine. If you're used to eating much better you'll be disappointed. We had seafood rice noodle which was oily, flavoured thoroughly with soya sauce only and it looked like it had been sitting around for a long time, although it hadn't been, it was just that gross that it looked the same as something bad! The seafood was mussels, prawns calamari of which there were 2 or 3 pieces of each. Cantonese Beef was like boiled beef bits in a watery semi sweet sauce yuck!
