The food at this restaurant is absolutely stunning! The service is superb as well. I had a wonderful evening and highly recommend this place.

Absolute Rubbish. Very little meat in the Lamb dish, but so many peppers, when I pointed this out the service went from 8 to 2 out of 10. Will be a long time before I'll be going back.. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60

Food was lovely, when it arrived but that took some time, and it seemed that the staff were struggling to accommodate our party, of 12, which is a shame. 1st and last visit!! Walked into a lovely looking place and was welcomed by a friendly young man who explained where the food was because it was a Sunday buffet.. We went to get some food and all the hot counter was cold as was the food. We never ate and explained why when we paid for our drinks on leaving.. Such a shame they couldn't invest in their hot counters as they have in the furnishing!!! Very disappointed Food: 1

The restaurant took an excessively long time to deliver the food, even after I called to inquire about it. The order was also missing items and was cold upon arrival. The staff were rude and unapologetic for the poor service. I live in Northwich and it should not have taken 45 minutes for the food to reach me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would recommend avoiding this place. I did not include a photo as there was no food worth photographing. The price for dinner was around £20-30 per person.

Since I moved to Wincham I've always loved Jathra (Other than for two occasions). Tonight is an exception which has left a sour taste, especially when a member of staff was rude considering I waited over an hour and 40 minutes for a delivery which was due to arrive within the hour. My partner is allergic to coriander and specified this on the call, yet still her dishes arrived with coriander. Most of our meal arrived cold and an item was missing/several wrong. Jathra offered to send out replacement items, which was rejected due to the disgusting nature of attitude relating to the front of house staff member which rudely dealt with my call. It has been an abrupt end to my 3 year relationship...
