"I’d like the Chef to take away ! Absolutely magnificent food, could not have asked for a more tender veal, a more indulgent foie gras, a better balanced dessert. Our Christmas dinner was perfectly paired with white, red and champagne. Our most indulgent congratulations to the chef! Only little downside were the little details on the service chaining glasses between the white wine servings, not leaning the bottle on the wine glass and a little quicker with the service (serving all three mains at the same time and making sure dessert spoons are ready before dessert, and knowing where the wine you are serving is from) absolutely minute detail on an otherwise excellent service! Thank you so so much for an amazing Christmas Eve!"
