"I'm behind the title of this review. armando makes the best pizzas of all time (as well as the own bread of the restaurants). yes, since paolo is considered the best Italian of the eaux vives. but this is not an objective assessment (not misunderstand me, I, as well as paolo). jet d’Eau has not the same flashy clientele. they are customers are mostly residents of the neighboring and we like it on these wise, therefore I also hesitate in writing this evaluation. but credit, where credit is due: jet d’Eau especially as the management changes recently, is great. the owner salvatore and his personal are attentive and friendly and the service is excellent. beside the pizza, their cooked dishes and salads (ymmy homemade salat dressing) are excellent. the pasta is the exception that still some work in this area required. have I mentioned that the pizza is excellent? overall an eaux vives favorit."

The staff is friendly and it's funny that the pizza oven is in the middle of the restaurant, but otherwise the place isn't anything special. It's normal price and quality.

it was the first resto which i visited in geneva. At the time i didn't give attention to details and food. However, by life coincidence i started to work next to this place, and start to visit it more and more often. For me ...it is above of a lot italian place in ova, especially in eaux vives, where are plenty of resto. However for me, carbonara here will stay the best forever. Very charming, cosy and super place! love it!

I've been coming to this neighborhood restaurant for nearly twenty years and I can only say that it has been steadily improving. The atmosphere is very friendly and the owner- a former waiter- has turned it into the most popular restaurant in Eaux-Vives, a vibrant...multi-ethnic neighborhood. The place is noisy and packed,which is very positive in an austere city like Geneva! The main advantage is that you can eat whatever you like- pizza, cheese fondue, pasta, steak tartare mussels or perch filets. The choice is immense. They also make the best breaded veal cutlet outside of Milan or Vienna. On top of all this, the bill is reasonable/ cheap and this is no mean feat in the most expensive cit...
