"Between the exceptional setting and the excellence of the dishes it is difficult to find a fault! First of all we discover a welcoming stone terrace decorated with plants, pleasant even under the summer heat. The brasero is out on the terrace with a real culinary show especially for gambas flambées de l'amuse mouth. Throughout the stages, we discover plates full of surprises both at the level of culinary techniques and taste associations. The cooking of fish and meat is perfectly controlled, and the sauces bring an originality while having a texture and a taste of great accuracy. The cheese revisited by the patissier is admirable and the dessert contains all the elements that you want to find without being too sweet. The saffron and local products are honoured, and are presented perfectly by the rank leaders. I also congratulate the leader of his interest in short circuits and his ecological commitment, the green star is widely deserved. I particularly appreciated the confidence that we could give the sommelier in terms of mets and wines. This passionate divinely knows how to adapt to the proposed dishes with wines of the Cahors appellation as with other references. The service is executed perfectly, which complements the gastronomic experience. To keep a gustative souvenir of this meal, we were able to buy the bottles of wine tasted during the meal, the products of the brand Latitude safran, developed by the chef, are also available for sale. To finish the price quality ratio is excellent, this starred restaurant is unpretentious and proves that we can eat local products associated with a great technical mastery at affordable prices. An address not to be missed in Cajarc, I strongly recommend this restaurant!"

"Good welcome by a young waitress in a beautiful establishment. Few customers. Very good dish, but I don't think everything's home. (The card does not mention it. As soon as the surrender was filed we no longer existed. We decided to pay at the counter where we met the boss who to apologize offered us a coffee or a digestive but it did not erase our disappointment over 25 euros per guest for an apero including 2 sodas, 1 4-course entrance can do better and a 1/2 bottle of wine."
