I love this place for its bagels. Sun-dried tomato with cream cheese bagel is my favourite. The place also holds a huge collection of English books. I prefer the ground floor area over the basement as I am not a fan of windowless places.

Preciosa cafetería con personalidad propia en el centro de Madrid (Noviciado). La he visitado un par de veces y volveré en el futuro. Los tés y los cinnamon roll son excelentes. El chico que siempre atiende en barra es muy amable y cordial. El mejor lugar donde encontrar libros de segunda mano en inglés. Repetiremos seguro.

Bar-tienda acogedor y cultural enfocado en el intercambio de inglés y español. Lo hace a través de su bookstore de segundamano en el sótano y de actividades diversas en su bar como sus pubquiz, sus intercambios inglés-español, sus brunch (con bagels propios), juegos de mesa y organizando deporte en grupo. Todo en un ambiente muy amable.

blink and you will miss it. but if they love secondhand books and a relaxed pub atmosphere with its charming tiredness and warm welcome, they must pay this tiny place a visit! we left with American English Australian and other accents that rang in our ears and a full of books for the whole family to the siesta hours away. much recommended!

Los bagels son difíciles de encontrar en Europa, pero este lugar tiene gran! Me gusta mucho el cheddar jalapeño y les dan una buena cantidad de cremoso con él. Usted puede conseguir un bagel con queso crema más un moimosa por sólo 5 euros. cada mimosa después es sólo 1 euro más. es mucho y recomiendo este lugar mucho. los asientos pueden ser picantes en el fin de semana, pero hay una escalera entera abajo con una mesa grande para que no encuentran demasiado difícil de un tiempo para encontrar un lugar.

un hermoso lugar para relajarse y una taza de café y un aperitivo después de navegar por la pila de libros. j’s es propiedad de un expatriados de los estados, pero es lo suficientemente largo en madrid para ser uno de ellos. era obvio desde el corto tiempo que me senté en el teke que él tiene maestros fieles que aman venir y charlar con él. Tenía 2 capuchinos y también fui a mirar alrededor. los libros están bien organizados por tipo y carr y los precios son muy razonables. mis capuchinos estaban deliciosos, el ambiente era genial, y el dueño no podría haber sido más agradable. detenerlos cuando compran en lo contrario o si están buscando un libro en inglés.
