Great meal, we enjoyed ourselves! However, we had a table at the very back with a view of the bar and the mess that goes with it and the sounds of the dishwasher running. Very very disappointing cuisine stuffed squid revisited too overcooked fennel undercooked a painful chewing exercise we do not find the codes of squid so we are disappointed. Came to Castillon the day before to visit, we had lunch right across the street (great address!!! Which in the end I recommend! . Then having seen the menu, which looked tempting, we booked for dinner. Huge disappointment. There must have been 5 tables occupied, so we can hope that service will be fairly easy. Nay!
