I wouldn't go here again. We waited 35 minutes for a sandwich (not at lunchtime but in the afternoon at 3:00 p.m. and ordered ham but received salami. 5 slices of salami and about two 1.5 cm thick slices of bread.

This place is unusable, you wait in vain for 10 minutes to get something to drink even though there were almost no people (now I know why). Conclusion: Unusable, unfriendly service, better go somewhere else where you are welcome, never again in this hovel! 0 stars

Today we went to Chateaubriand with 9 adults and 1 child. The meat was brought to us in the 2 desired cooking levels. As always, it tasted excellent. The variety of vegetables was also delicious. The waiter made a great effort to respond to the various and individual requests. The 6 year old was also discussed. Everything went great, we had a lovely family evening. Thank you! We'd love to come back

I come from Germany. 5 days ago I was there with my siblings my friends having snacks, drinking coffee, the waitress Lena was rude...we ordered 3 times Café glacee (in the picture man looks like iced coffee in Germany) as it says on the menu, but she brought us 3 glasses each with 3 scoops of ice cream....She served us with an arrogant attitude and voice and said that the picture on the menu was just a picture and had nothing to do with reality...

We were at Rest Joran last night. Yves, who served us, was very accommodating and friendly. Since it was very warm, the ice in my Aperol Spritz quickly melted... the waiter (Yves) asked himself if he could bring me some more ice for the Aperol Spritz. I've never experienced anything so nice. We also experienced very positive interactions with each other in the team. I will definitely like to come back. Unfortunately, staff in such a positive mood is no longer a given. Thanks!!

Every year again, this time also a delicious Chateaubriand with 7 vegetables and fries, which were a bit doughy and not crispy for our standards. Ordering online at 18Ur worked perfectly, but the wait was a bit long until the food was served at 6:50 p.m. Beforehand, a fine aperitif in the chalet (Magnum from Hämmerli Ins , which was decanted for us and we were able to drink with our meal great! Very nice service in the chalet and also friendly and attentive when eating. We're already looking forward to next Sunday for raclette in the chalet :
