Jules Et Shim - Carta

Loved the name, loved the concept, and really wanted to love the food.

For me, it is one of the best Bibimbap in the capital and in addition the team is cool

I've been waiting to try 'Jules Et Jim' since a foodie friend told me about their existence.

Fresh food, vegetarian friendly, and really kind staff. Takeout required towards the end of the evening. I'm not always into spicy things but I recommend the spicy sauce. Ver carta

jules shim is a very small contemporary Korean address. it is best to eat there during the beautiful days to be on the terrace, or take to take. they offer a large menu at noon, which is complete and offers great value for quality/quantity/price. the choice of bim bap is reduced but complete. a vegetarian option is possible with caramelized tofu. I went there on the afternoon to try their cocktails. Started with a non alcoholic beverage with cucumber chunks, mint, sliced kumquats and ginger syrup wich was refreshing and super good. Then had some other cocktails including one with chilly peppers and they are to die for, the mixology vibe, for far less than the prices other mixology places have. People go there to eat with friends. I only tried a yellow parsley korean pickle and it was to die for. I'm super happy to have discover this spot, not far from Canal saint Martin's trendy neighborhood, in a laid back zen scene. The team is super nice and I'll definitely make this place my new hidden Parisian treasure spot. Ver carta
