Being using this great takeaway for a few years now and it beats Dominos by a mile for quality, very good prices and such friendly staff. I’ve give up on other takeaways now. I've used julianos for a few years now and the pizzas are usually really nice but the past twice I've been it seems to of gone downhill. I ordered a hotshot last week with a thin base with no onion and extra mushrooms and received a deep pan with onion and no mushrooms. Tonight I ordered the same (thin base, no onion extra mushrooms) I sort of received what I wanted but it didn't have the chilli base or jalapeños on and tasted bland. I really hope I've been unlucky the last two times I've ordered as the staff are spot on Ver carta

When ringing to tell them the order that was delivered was wrong, their reply was, “there’s nothing we can do about that”. I mean come on, surely you’d send out a replacement for the wrong order. Who would order food that you just don’t ever eat/like/want. My meal went in the bin. Total waste of money. Therefore I cannot recommend this place. That is awful customer service so dismissive, though I guess they’ve got the money so therefore do not care about the customers experience. Oh, try spelling Killingworth correctly too! Love Julianos Pizza, the thin base is really good. My go to pizza is Bolognese, which I recommend. Not a massive fan of the pepperoni though, which is a shame. They are listed on Just Eat, but the delivery charges £4.50!! are robbery and that's without the 50p service change and the 50p bag charge. Julianos do have their own website so I'd highly recommend using that as delivery is better priced, plus they offer a discount when using the website. I'd wager prices are cheaper too as Just eat prices are usually slightly inflated. All in all a good food selection, usually pretty quick delivery and the food is decent.

A very no frills type of place. First time coming here and had the house kebab. Absolutely amazing kebab as you have Donna, chicken kebab, kofta and big slices of what looks like lamb chops on top of an authentic thin pitta bread. Great for sharing! They also included a free cheesy garlic bread which was SO good! Definitely will go back Marked down for service and atmosphere as I said it 's just a no frills place, nothing wrong with the people serving me or the interior.
