Juniors Fish Chips - Carta

Apart from being more than 30mins late, the food was soggy and cold.

The children's meal could have done with a little bit extra other than that food was great!

Seems to be almost every time I order here there's a problem with the order definitely the last time Ver carta

Burger and fish were great. Chips were dreadful. Cold and looked and tasted refried. Goujons were over cooked and they forgot to send the dip.

food was so nice.. really warm when it arrived.. delivery driver was so friendly and the staff on the phone were so helpful sorting out a mistake I had made on the order and got it fixed.. Will definitely be ordering again nicest chippy we've had in a long time...!!

I tried calling several times to place an order before 8pm but the staff did not answer the phone. I continued calling until 8:45pm and still no answer. The phone was picked up twice and then hung up. It seems like they do not want to work after 8pm. I used to be a regular customer, but I will not be ordering from here again. I will be going to Crescent Chippy from now on. Ver carta

Purchased quarter pound cheeseburger and although the shop was empty had to wait quite a while, no problem I thought, looking at all the wonderful 'fresh posters stating everything was cooked fresh that day. Waited patiently for my piping hot burger fresh off the grill so was surprised to find it tepid on the outside and cold in the middle. This actually was my second try at this chippy as the first time I was not happy and thought they might have just been having an off day.....obviously not. Won 't be giving it a third try...bleugh

Leaving someone home I fancied a fish and found Junior's. Usual chippy menu. I saw two fish on menu. One said large cod, and one said same but with thin batter. I plumped for this single fish at £7.00 and find that reasonable priced. It came quite quickly and staff were pleasant. The large fish was not that big and very thin. Batter was ok but there was an odd taste to batter perhaps the oil used. My fish was drowned in red sauce which spoiled it a bit. So I rate this place as 7 out of 10. I will go back again if in area. It was a very busy spot.

I've ordered a few times from here, but I haven't left a review for them, so I thought I'll do it now after my recent order. I ordered a fish supper and it was delicious. The only small little issue about my order is that it needed more mushy peas than what it came with. The fish and chips were delicious, and they reminded me of my younger days going down to the local fiah chip shop and getting my fish supper for dinner. I will definitely be ordering again from here for my dinner in the future. I will have to order a tin of coke with it the next time. I didn't order it last time, and a cold tin would have gone down well with the fish supper Ver carta
