"I tried calling several times to place an order before 8pm but the staff did not answer the phone. I continued calling until 8:45pm and still no answer. The phone was picked up twice and then hung up. It seems like they do not want to work after 8pm. I used to be a regular customer, but I will not be ordering from here again. I will be going to Crescent Chippy from now on."

portions abysmal chips are stale and flavourless chicken goujon special has 3 small bits of chicken and a bunch of the flavourless chips

Burger and fish were great. Chips were dreadful. Cold and looked and tasted refried. Goujons were over cooked and they forgot to send the dip.

I visited the fish and chip shop tonight and the service was disappointing. Without any explanation, the quality has gone downhill significantly. I will not be returning, as it's the customers that keep the place running. It might be best to consider closing down if they can't even get orders right.

Ordering food at this restaurant is a waste of time as you receive whatever they want to give you. The orders are frequently incorrect and even if you return them, you are not provided with fresh replacements, leaving you with cold food. This fish and chip shop used to be good, but has since declined in quality.
