Juniper Place - Carta

Great venue for a staff Christmas party only slight negative was that the veg was very “ordinary” Other than that it was a great venue, food and great service.

Starters Brie and Scotch Egg with black pudding. Both tasty, Scotch Egg a little dry, more relish needed. Main meals, Beef rib with cheese mash and green beans. Could have done with more jus but really tasty.

Been to Juniper Place Swansea a number of times. Always an amazing for food and drinks. Service by Sion the waiter was outstanding. We had the Christmas set menu, we had brie wedges in bread crumbs, Hake And Christmas Pudding a bargain for £26 each. Ver carta

Don't waste your money. Food was diobolical for waited for absolutely ages. The soup was inedible and cold and tasted like dishwater. Main course was puff pastry Square with 2 slices of beetroot and gave it a French name. Dessert was ice cream £40 Service took forever.

We book a table for two on the 26th of December. It was our first time. A nice and cozy place! Fair prices and big portions from classical British cuisine. We definitely recommend it. It is very interesting that they make their own gin brand which we tasted and it was amazing!

Myself, husband 6 year old had an excellent time at Brunch with Santa last Sunday. The food was delicious. Jess (manager) Elen (hope spelled right) were such good hosts. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the time with Santa, making crafts, eating her chosen meal the mocktails, hot chocolate etc. A very good morning out and very reasonable too. Ver carta

I booked a table in Nov 2022, on 4th Jan w023 I received an email cancelling my booking due to no tables available. I then sent an email complaint the same day as no one was answering the phone as google was stating they were open. I then received an email on 13th jan stating they are closed until the 9th jan. I have heard nothing since, what a waste of time trying g to book in advance. Administration needs to be addressed

Beaujolais Day very busy Arrived 5pm waited ages for our food bear in mind 2 hour sitting! I had Vegan set meal soup arrived cold and tasteless i should have had some broiche to go with it just dry sliced bread i left the soup, my main meal eventually arrived and it was a square of puff pastry with some beetroot, my friend had to send her steak back as it was cold no potatoes, only some peas and carrots, i had icecream I paid £39.95 for this awful, tasteless food Unbelievable, we had, while attempting conversation, a girl singing and jumping on chairs and all over the place. Horrible experience and would not reccomend Juniper Place.

Visited for a work Christmas party. Firstly my drink order was wrong and had to be changed. I asked for no ice. The duck and orange pate didn't have any hint of orange. The caramelised fennel could have been anything. It didn't taste of fennel and didn't look like fennel. The brioche, if it was brioche, wasn't toasted. The beef was delicious and a good portion, couldn't fault the Yorkshire pudding. There was no roast potato, the sprouts were devoid of the chestnuts mentioned on the menu, the red cabbage was perfect and the roast vegetables were dubious. Of course I knew which ones were carrots but the other light coloured chunks didn't have a definitive taste. The pea shoots were unnecessary... Ver carta
