Bacon butties are first class. Eggs are perfect, sausages stunning. Definitely a place to return to. Often call in as part of a cycle ride.

Second time this week and the food was great again, service was fabulous. Recommend the salmon salad and the veg curry. Booked for next week

Lovely cakes but we think closing at 2pm seems early. They offer afternoon tea yet you'd have to wolf it down pretty fast before they close. Seems a shame

You'll be sure of a warm welcome, great home cooking, and the best coffee for miles around! My friends and I pop in most mornings for a coffee and if it's lunchtime we treat ourselves to a delicious meal. Jane and Alan are the perfect hosts!

Wonderful place all homemade food and cooked breakfast to order Enquired about afternoon tea and told available to a time to suit us even though the cafe closes at 2pm so able to book after closing for a large party which i know will make it a great success plus we can bring our own fizz worth a visit to this hidden secret

Found this quite by chance when travelling from Chorley (Lancashire to Brigg (Lincolnshire .. Stopped for a quick brekkie and it was amazing!. Think I'd go as far as to say the best brekkie I've had for years! (and i'm really particular!! There was a lovely range of food and cakes too but I held back and just had the brekkie!! Food fab, staff wonderful, and the place was spotlessly clean.. A fantastic find, and would recommend to anyone..

The new owners have certainly put their mark on the café, with an exciting fresh appearance, locally sourced produce, friendly staff and customer satisfaction of paramount importance. A good varied selection on the menu and the Full English breakfast would satisfy any appetite, also choices of smaller dishes. The ambiance is warm and welcoming and supporting local businesses makes this café a first for me. We'll done Jane and Alan, we wish you every success in the future.

We stumbled into this cafe next to the Farm shop whilst out cycling up the hill. It was a top find and we’ll work it into future routes. All the food is very fresh. The coffee was tasty and attention to details- my friend was offered an extra espresso shot by staff as his coffee seemed milky. The cake bar was full of tempting choices. We tried two and both were very fresh, light and moist. Staff were friendly and entertaining to other customers as well as us. Mid afternoon it was quite busy so I would suggest it is getting popular and they are doing everything right. A cycle rack- or at least a metal loop fastened to the wall to lock bikes to would be even better please. Thanks for your hosp...
