Best desserts in leicester hands down! The ultimate bruce cake is the best !! It is soo big u can share it with so many people ! They always make our family birthday cakes and are always on point! They do not disappoint! 10/10

This is the only place I go to for my sweet treats . I bake myself so I understand good quality ingredients . Since this place has opened I have stopped baking as these cakes , cookies and everything else they make is so much better . Can’t beat it Great coffee Great cake Brilliant people .

Amazing dessert place in Leicester. I had the Brucie Cake and tried the NEW Brucie’s Brother. This is undeniably the best. All the cakes as well as the other are amazing! A must try in Leicester. The ambience is amazing and the place looks clean. Nice spot for a coffee and catch up. Zay is a lovely host.

Customer service at cafe is awful, had same a few times now. Presentation on Instagram is nothing like what you get at the cafe. Visited the othe evening, they had over a hour before they closed but said they’d only give coffee and cake in takeaway boxes yet charged us the same amount. Would not recommend Ver carta

I had an order that was placed on time way before the deadline for Eid, clearly Eid has now finished and although it was said my order was confirmed I never received a message or nothing to tell me to pick up my order which meant my order was never there.. Rubbish customer service and I shall never be ordering from KAKE Temptations again. Very disappointed.

My wife and I were preparing to celebrate our daughter's first birthday, but unfortunately, we were without a cake. My wife reached out to this establishment to arrange for our daughter's cake. They use your phone number to identify your order. My wife called twice to inquire about our cake, but both times they hung up once they recognized the number. So, we decided to call from my number (a different number) and, unsurprisingly, they answered. The person who answered took my wife's details and said he would speak to the manager. She was placed on hold for 30 minutes and no one returned to the call. These individuals are unprofessional, dishonest, and do not deserve to be in business. Please...

I reached out to Kaketemptations to order a cake for my daughter's first birthday. After waiting four days without a response, I called the cafe and was told to contact the unit the next day. Despite trying to reach them multiple times, I had trouble getting through. Finally, after leaving a message and receiving no reply, I decided to order from Lola's cupcakes instead. Kaketemptations only responded to my initial order message 10 days later, on the day of my daughter's birthday, saying that my order had been missed.
