Relaxing atmosphere in front of Mannheim Opera. Welcomed with a warm towel and a salad tapa. Service is very good as well as sushi. I wish more variations on the rolls.

Mit Abstand das beste Sushi in Mannheim! Wer Qualität zu fairen Preisen möchte, geht am besten zum Kaoru. Der Service, das Essen und das Ambiente sind top! Immer wieder gerne

Kaoru never disappoints! I have been there about 10 times now and the quality has always been amazing and the service always was prompt but subtle. If you order special sushi rolls or sashimi (basically anything that in not swimming on the little boats) you can watch the sushi chefs prepare your food. Would always recommend to get seats at the bar. Reservation is essential.

Das Ambiente ist recht schön, der Service freundlich. Wir sassen an der Sushibar, da wir dies immer bevorzugen. Leider kamen auf den Schiffen immer das selbe vorbei. Die Qualität der Speisen ist gut. Die Wartezeiten der Speisen von der a la carte Karte waren anfangs zu lang. Irgendwann begann ein Sushikoch mit einer Servicemitarbeiterin lauter zu diskutieren was wir als Gäste sehr störend fanden. Zur Rechnung bekamen wir noch einen Pflaumenwein offeriert. In meinen Augen Preis Leistung ok.
