I took my guests to Karachi Cuisine yesterday evening. We all really enjoyed the food and the service. I’d like to mention Mahad (who attended us) in particular. He was knowledgeable about the menu, was extremely courteous and prompt.

Popped in last night on way back from work. Enquired about their iftar box as I have not reserved, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and they had some available. Top marks for the food absolutely yummy, but the staff also deserves a mention

On May 17th, 2023, my wife and I had the pleasure of having lunch at Karachi Cuisine. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. Nofil, our server, was a delight and his customer service skills were commendable. We arrived for a late lunch/early supper and were happy to find that the restaurant was not very busy, so we had our pick of seating. While the staff was friendly and polite, they were not very prompt. The bun kebab and nihari were very authentic, almost identical to those found in Karachi. The bihari boti and chicken dhansak were also of excellent quality. The tandoori roti was fresh and soft. However, the standout items were the freshly made sugarcane juice and paan, both reasonably priced. The ambiance was charming with old-fashioned lanterns and furniture. I would recommend this restaurant for meals as well as gatherings, birthdays, and other special occasions.

CHECK RECEIPTS FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES.. I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant for a long time, and I have noticed that their service is consistently poor. Today, I discovered that they have been charging a service charge on my receipts, despite the fact that this is illegal for restaurants and hotels. When I brought this up with the staff, they became defensive and thought that I was arguing with them. However, the receipt clearly states that the service charge is optional, which suggests that the restaurant is engaging in some illegal activity intentionally. Following the principle 'good ought to be sought ', we scanned through reviews here on TripAdvisor to look a good Nihari place and found 'Karachi Pakwan '. I called ahead to reserve a table and to get a 'feel ' for the service/people, it went well. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Nofel as soon as we entered the restaurant and seated. We were pleasantly surprised by the inviting ambience, warm plates, clean cutlery and spotless glasses. (You 'd be surprised how rare the last 3 are at Pakistani restaurants) Our host recommended masala fish whilst we 'd wait for our main which we thought tasted excellent.
