it is very bad and the workers are very bad the waffels are always wet and dry the chocolates have expired and it is stink I do not recommend it

I ordered this for the whole family and the waffels were extremely disappointing. the price was high as it was placed online, but all waffeln were simple and hardly exaggerated with the desired beats. extremely disappointing

I ordered 2 x waffles by uber eats , £8.45 each delivery charge the servings were very small child sizes , hardly any topping and the ice cream scoop was not even full I was very disappointed i will make my own...in future and would not recommend

Yesterday I ordered 2 crepes wich was £16 and terrible was cold and hard you can't even eat it, I guess they make it hours before coz are lazy and giving rubbish service to the customer .I advice everyone not waisting your money is not...worth it plus they blame the delivery drivers

Terrible place with 0 customer service. Unfair treatment reported back in August 2020 though the offical website was completely ignored, never investigated and closed off with the out come. Dont go there not worth a penny mainly due to people not product. Does not...even deserve 1 star.

The actual restaurant was awful, not clean and had an awful damp smell. I had to clean the table myself! Staff were not very helpful. We were seated downstairs they allowed another big party to come down so not actually adhering to social distancing rules....They were sold out of most things I wanted to order. I will not go here again, this visit was my first and my last here. This place clearly needs better management and customer service training. Considering the prices this place requests it really needs to look at brushing up service skills and the condition of the place. Very dissatisfied.

I have an order over eats for the collection. on the uber eat, they have no possibility to buy vanilla soft ice, so I chose gelato. because this was for my daughter and she is extremely fussy, I thought I would call and. instead of gelato I can have the soft ice and explained I was not able to choose this option. I had an extremely rude woman on the phone who told me to order from others, where don't worry about what she could do, naked in the eye that the gelato is more in the value then the soft ice. I asked if I could have her name and she put on the phone. I called again, then she told me that she won't do anything to help me and either take the gelato or cancel my order. I've been using...

So I went kaspas with my partner yesterday and we went before watching a film as whenever we go we get fast service and no issues. I hadn’t visited this location until yesterday , I went with my partner we seated ourselves as nobody was...seating anybody , we waited in line and it moved as we progressed, we waited for 10 mins and heard other numbers above us being called and we were confused then a further 10 minutes so in total 20 minutes, so I asked my partner to ask how long it would be as we were in a rush to the cinema and I would’ve preferred to just be refunded or to do a takeaway if it was going to take this long. He said the staff said they’d let us know , we then waited another 10...
