The food was very good, I'm surprised for the quality, the kebab outstanding, the naan bread very fresh and tasty, we really enjoyed it

I like this place for a quick meal. The food is very good and fairly cheap. The service is pretty good and efficient too No alcohol served and the toilets are a bit grim but overall worth a visit

the food is great! However the service of a certain waiter being rude and confrontational stops me from entering it ever again! Atmosphere itself is not child friendly with music videos being played on a large screen. Do not recommend Ver carta

My husband and I ordered a takeaway from kebabish as we fancied staying in. We've waited about 40 minutes as it was busy Friday night. The food was gorgeous and more importantly freshly cooked. We didn't expect such a big portions either for a very reasonable price of 10.75 for two chicken kebabs. We'll be definitely ordering again

Went with the extended family. Food was good. My daughter had the naan kebab which she said was delicious. My brother had the chicken tikka burger which he said was really tasty! I had the masala fish with the plain naan absolutely loved it. Waiting staff were not chatty at all but the food made up for that! Will definitely be going back!!!

We visited on a Saturday (early evening) party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). The food is amazing and cooked from fresh. The starters were so big they could be a meal on their own! The masala fish was beautiful and the lamb chops were the best our uncle had eaten! A couple of the dishes came on sizzling hot plates which we werent expecting. A really nice touch. Before visiting we telephoned to ensure that could deal with food allergy and first of all was told need 4 people ordering what we wanted which was initially strange. I then mentioned the allergy twice in the restaurant and was told the food would be ok. When started to eat was suspicious and my girlfriend 're checked only to be told that it included the same thing we had insisted we couldn 't have. Avoid if you have food allergies!

My wife and I have been coming here for a few years now. Love or hate relationship with Kebabish. If you decide to eat in, you are lucky if you find an attentive waiter. More often than not, the waiters hardly say a word, rarely smile and you feel as you are putting them out for serving you! Most of the time the curries are excellent. The sad thing is the place could be really good, but it just fails to hit the spot. If you go later, you cannot sit down in the main area, so have to either take away or sit on a table near to the counter. Evenings are mental around this street due to drunks and drug folk, so you have to have your wits about you. Again, it just fails to hit the spot.

The food here is excellent and all the staff are friendly and willing to attend to anything you need. I am a disabled lady, and they made sure I was safely sat at a table and they got anything I asked for. The food is extra special, and one thing here in particular, your food arrives on like a huge wok and is kept hot while you are eating your meal. I have had kebabs as a takeaway on a regular basis, and the kebabs are so jam packed full of meat, we only ever need to order one as there is enough food for two people, if not three to eat and be full.
