Ken's Kebabs Speedy Pizza

The kebab at this restaurant was the worst I've ever had. The lamb shish meat was extremely tough and stringy, making it inedible. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Ordered online @1940 delivery time was 20.20 @2040 still no order called person seemed not interested or didn't care the order finally arrived at 20.48 will not order again and onion rings are soggy

Absolutely terrible service and awful food. I would have given 0 stars if I could. Please don't waste your money here, no matter how much you have drunk or eaten. I'm feeling sick now in the toilet. Ver carta

Just generally disgusting food all round. Was good when first rebranded as Ken’s shawarma but really has gone down hill. No jovial “chilli, garlic sauce bossman?” these days. Just run by miserable Kenbots

Just visiting Portsmouth and tried Ken’s Kebab house. The kebab was not very good, the meat isn’t as nice as other kebabs I have had and I thought that they are not very generous portion wise, seeing as I had ordered a large size. The prices seem quite high, but perhaps that’s how all the takeaways are going? There are plenty of other food establishments nearby, so I will be avoiding Ken’s for a while, if not for ever.

I have used this establishment for nigh on 20 years however no longer. They Advertise in window by 1 pizza get 1 free. Doesn’t give a size on advert, however apparently it only relates to large ones. Got my order wrong when I called to advise I was basically called a liar, the fact that the employee had little or no English didn’t help. Their pizza was disgusting, their mozzarella cheese dips were vile and the chicken bites were inedible. £52 utterly wasted. Ver carta

I ordered a large kebab for delivery after a long day, with low expectations of just wanting something hot and edible. Unfortunately, what arrived was A) completely cold, B) the pita bread was soggy to the point of falling apart, making it impossible to eat. I was not impressed with the quality and found it to be a disgrace. Additionally, being charged for a bag, service charge, and an extra fee was insulting. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

My daughter paid £16 for her order but never received it. She ordered through Just Eat but Ken's on Commercial Rd said they didn't have it and to ring another shop. So she did and they said they had it then they didn't because Commercial Rd had it. But they denied it and refused to ring north end to confirm. Now the boss is saying she has to contact just eat for her money back. Just Eat are saying the food was collected because that's what Ken's told them. So they are refusing to give her money back. Meanwhile Ken's have her money and her food. She is now taking legal advice. It helps that a family member is a lawyer. This is not over.

Went to Ken's Kebab on Friday night on Albert Road. I do not usually write reviews but on this occasion I had to. Firstly, the service that was offered was very poor. No attentiveness, smiles or basic customer service skills. The lamb shish I ordered was burnt and dry. They caked it in chilli sauce. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. It was like eating a leather boot that had been trekking in the Sahara. The chicken wings were hard, overcooked on the outside, tasteless and still **** on the bone. A case of gastroenteritis if we continued to eat. When returning to pick up the missed burger, a simple sorry was offered. Again very poor customer service. All in all I would never go there again and wo... Ver carta
