"The staff member at the restaurant seemed to have trouble understanding my order. I asked for a 3-piece meal, but they gave me a bucket meant for one person. I have an accent, so it would have been better for them to clarify with me rather than assume. Despite this, KFC is still a good brand and I am happy to give them five stars. However, clarification is important. I went back, spoke with the manager, and paid for another meal."

The food at this restaurant was below average and dry, especially compared to other places I have visited. The staff also made a mistake with my order of 2 hot wings, only providing me with 1 piece of chicken instead.
