KFC - Carta

Visited here on Saturday afternoon... Saturday night Sunday morning..omg never have I been so violently sick from both ends!...never again will I eat chicken from kfc!

Been to this drive though twice and both times staff were very unhelpful and items not available that were advertised on a big sign outside Food area looked messy and staff were more interested in doing nothing rather than serving customers

Ordered takeaway tonight via Uber Eats and hour and 30 mins later they've cancelled my order after putting it further and further back since 7.45. Can't get answer on the phone so assume we won't get any form of compensation and we're left hungry! Ver carta

Slow , rude, wrong order, one poor girl running around trying her best while the others moan. They clear the orders off the screen to keep the average time down before they are ready then forget they did it and leave people waiting ages until you ask for the food again and again.

The manager is disgusting. He should be sacked. His behaviour towards drive thru customers is disturbing. Items missing and he leans through the window in an aggressive way to intimidate the disabled driver. He yells at the disabled driver and tells her to hurry up and move on. Food uncooked, items missing and an abusive manager.

Pot luck, fingers crossed, hoping, order from this company and you will need all the above, seat down for a treat with your family and you are guaranteed some of you won't be eating, you never get all you have ordered but you will get a refund for the food that is missing, really nice for the family members that go hungry, my advice is if you order from deliveroo check what's in the bag before giving the driver the number, anything missing send it all back and order from a fast food container that cares Ver carta

I went here on a busy lunchtime. The wings were nice but the chicken in the fillet burger was overcooked. I went on a Friday evening at 11pm thinking it would be packed with people leaving the pubs. The place was empty and the food I was served was vile. Overcooked chicken again, hardly any mayonnaise or salad in the burger and uneatable, soggy chips. God knows how long this food had been sitting there. I can now see why this place was empty at that time. Shockingly bad crappy food. Don’t waste your money.

RECKLESS. Ordered 2 vegan burger meals and got given chicken burgers. Being a busy family with a crying toddler in the back we didn't think to inspect that we'd been given fake or real meat we just trusted our order was right. Do not trust your Allergies have been considered here. Our burger had chicken, milk and egg in- we could have had a serious allergic reaction. I was given a refund after I pleaded my case but not even a sorry until I was visibly crying about greasing my veganism after 10 years. So upset and angry. I will be taking this further.

We went to order a takeaway inside ordering the meal was easy. While waiting part of a gentleman's meal was cold informed the staff no sorry about that. Left him waiting at the counter while the rest of his meal got cold . Our meal the fries where wrong instead of putting the bag on the hot top they left it on the side . I had to ask them to keep it warm. The staff need to be trained in customer service, everything seems to be to much trouble. The chicken is greasy not drained properly. If staff are approachable and friendly sometimes you can forget the little mistakes. Ver carta
