Great staff and great food well done. We ordered the boneless banquet and the tower burger meal. Cooked well and tasted great

Love the new deals 80 popcorn chicken for £5.99 had a couple of snack boxes today had lots of seats but usually busy staff friendly great fast meal on the go.

Orderd a variety bucket and received just thigh pieces no variety what so ever. Also missing hot wings on my delivery order and cannot ring milton street site to contact as the line is dead. Very poor standards of food quality and service. Very disappointing for a so called treat for my children

Ok, so I know it’s a KFC and supposedly fast food but standards need to be there. The restaurant is dirty and is always heaving with Deliveroo and Just Eat drivers/Riders in full gear. It took 20 minutes from payment to getting my food, which was alright. Even though I waiting 20 minutes they still said beans would be another 5 minutes so offered me to swap. Not the best KFC by far.

I haven't been to a KFC in a long time, so I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I regret doing so. The food was cold, greasy, and dry, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The chips were also cold and soggy, and the drink was flat with no flavor. The wait time for the food from the point of order to receiving it was excessive. Additionally, the communication about order readiness was difficult to hear, as it seemed that the screens in the restaurant were either switched off or broken. I definitely won't be returning to KFC anytime soon.

Today, I went into a restaurant feeling very hungry. I had to wait a long time for my food, which was a zinger burger meal. I specifically asked for a plain zinger burger, but they gave me one with lettuce and mayo instead. I didn't even try it because I wanted a plain burger. My chips were cold and soggy. When I complained about the burger, they changed it, but it still wasn't very warm. The only thing they got right was my Tropicana drink, which was good. To make matters worse, they charged me 30 pence for barbecue sauce. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Firstly a 27 minute wait in a fast food chain with two people in front only. Was served to then be asked to wait with order number until the food was ready. Girls behind counter looked like they didn’t want to be there and clearly more important doing trivial jobs as opposed to customer service. The food…. Vile, cold soggy limp chips, my daughter had the smallest portion. The gravy was so watery it wasn’t worth having. My chicken skin was cold and soggy. The establishment was filthy, up and down, clearly no cleaning/wiping tables going on. Old piece of chicken in my zinger and old chicken stripe... disgusting...and seriously just 14 pieces of chips?? Was not even half box! And even old!! Can you imagine you order a box of chips and the portion isn’t make properly (14 pieces!!!! and the rest of the food is old? Are you serious??? About the chips Im pretty sure was just the last bunch of remaining in the chips well... After our recent trip to Nottingham for a gig we came out a bit hungry. We walked about town for a while and it seemed only fast food places open we opted for KFC in this particular store and what a mistake!. We ordered on the automatic system and chose to eat in as in had been along night . After about 15 mins wait our number was read out by a young girl called megan. The food was in take away bags. I said to her we chose to eat in? To which she rudely replied we close in 3 mins you cant! I said why did your machine let us choose the eat in option then ? To which she replied no idea so you 'll have to go!!! I rarely eat fast food but this has completely put me off from the rude uninterested...
