the disabled button next to door doesn't work, makes it difficult for disabled people to access the building

We haven’t had a KFC for months obviously due to lockdown this is my daughters reaction think it sums it up perfectly how we all feel after not eating one for so long Ver carta

Went there last night waited over half an hour for our food with three kids in the car. The car next to us that arrived after us got served 10 mins before us aswell l,Not acceptable

I’m a vegan ???? I felt the menu was limited, so I ended up licking dust off the table and having a glass of water ???? I’ve had worse meals, once I ended up sharing a lettuce with a caterpillar ????

Wrong food, missing dips bar paid for 12piece boneless bucket and was offered a can of pop instead of 1.5ltr bottle because they didn’t have what we wanted absolutely atrocious service and no one answering phone to complain!! Ver carta

By getting my order right ! I've visited twice in recent months and on both occasions they have got my order wrong. This time round, in 2 different parts of one meal ! And on both occasions when I went to the counter to have the issue rectified, not a single apology was offered or made.

Shocking service went to place an order and the guy told me I would have to wait 4 minutes before he could take my order as someone in front of me ordered the same box meal never have I ever heard this before. I could understand if I had to wait a few minutes for the meal but to be told no order could be placed as that's the rules here?!?! Everyone one orders the same thing has to wait 4 minutes before he can put it in the till what a way to loose custom KFC!! Personally I think he just couldn't be bothered

Came to Morfa KFC today 7/02/17 at 8:24 to which ordered two bites meal box, there were 2 cars waiting in front how long for I don’t know. We waited for about 10 minutes before receiving our food to which the person thought it was better to stop in the door way to chat before heading over to give us our food, no apology about waiting or even a thank you for waiting. I got the food the boxes are usually roasting when you get them when you know the food is hot, our food boxes were cold to which I put down to me ordering coleslaw as a side. We got home a couple of minutes later and the food is STONE COLD!!!!!!! I’m not I’m pressed with this my partner didn’t have the 4bites that is supposed to... Ver carta
