Kfc Taunton East Street

This restaurant has the worst service imaginable. The employees are rude and the food takes forever to arrive. The burger was cold and tasteless. I would give it less than 1 star if possible. Do not go here, save yourself the trouble.

Really looking forward to a party bucket my daughter picked it up as she lives in Taunton we live in chard when we got it back missing 14 pieces of chicken as well as popcorn chicken so all be aware and check your orders otherwise you will be robed like us .

Waiting half an hour for our FAST FOOD (slow food) they seem to prioritise Uber eats or deliverroo over face value customers. Absolute joke. Customer service is also shocker, I asked about how long the wait was an the reply was I have been here since 3pm, well sorry love it’s only 10 o’clock we’ll done for doing a 7 hour shift? If KFC Taunton were compared to an animal, it would be a sloth. The service was average, but the wait times were excessive. Waiting 35 minutes for a bucket of chicken, which was nothing extraordinary or exceptional, was frustrating. The restaurant needs to prioritize better and address the issues with delivery drivers separately. Additionally, they should consider adding more counters and hiring extra staff to handle orders from the apps.

Went out with friends for teh afternoon. Dropped into KFC on the way home. Order food, and then wait as one after the other after the other food delivery riders turn up and are handed food whilst you wait an age. As a walk in customer you are 100% at tthe bottom of the pile. KFC are not unique in this respect but they need to stop walk in altogether if they can't serve you in a timely manner. And to add insult to injury I have been up since 3am (now 9pm the following day) with food poisioning. I mentioned going out with freind as I was the only one to go to KFC, and the only one to get very ill.

I went to a KFC on a Saturday afternoon and the experience was perfect, although the service was a bit slow. However, on a Friday evening around 8 pm, the experience was terrible, not in a good way. Delivery drivers from Deliveroo and other services were rushing past customers waiting in line. The order screens were not working properly, rendering them useless. The customer service was lacking, as none of the servers seemed happy to be there. KFC needs to improve how they handle their services. As for the food on Friday, our order of corn on the cob was missing, the boneless chicken was soggy and lukewarm, and the chips were just okay. I went here to get some for for my family. Ordered my food on the self serve kiosk which was quick, then I had to wait for 45 minutes while they dealt with the order. All I could hear from the staff was useless comments between themselves about why the food is not in to be cooked and who has done their e-learning. Perhaps they all need trading on how to provide quick and efficient service. There is no organisation with this KFC and a severe lack of management. It's about time that Taunton had another KFC as this one isn't any good. Anyway I'm still here waiting for my order and it's now 60 minutes waiting. I have also noticed the amount of Deliveroo orders waiting for collect on the side not...

What a shockingly bad experience we just had... 1) the order was placed 16:40 2) After more than an hour I had to call the store to ask where it was, to be told that the delivery driver was on his way back to the store to collect it, and it would be with us in about half an hour. 3) We went to the store ourselves to COLLECT the delivery order 4) Got the order home (5 mins in the car) Chips COLD, gravy COLD, chicken COLD 5) Rang to complain about the temperature and the lack of a portion of fries from 3 piece meal, to be told that we'd have to make a complaint to Deliveroo, not KFC. Thought I 'd give KFC a shot for a change. There was a twenty minute wait and the staff appeared to be very slow and disinterested in providing a quality service, however, I wouldn 't have marked them down for this had a) my food been to order and b) it was hot I understand as a fast food establishment, a quality service is not the priority, but the other two points I certainly expect to be fulfilled. My complaint ties into all three however. I asked the assistant at the till if my single piece of chicken that came with my fillet burger meal could be a leg, to which she agreed and passed this message on to another member of staff.
