Kings Arms Sutton Coldfield

We descended today, 30 plus in number, unannounced at our old local pub, The Kings Arms. Food and hospitality was superb!

10 out of 10 for the food and the bad man but found the waitress humourless and rude no please or thank you and asked to settle the bill before we finished

The best desi pub in Sutton hands down all the staff are really friendly and Loan the bar manager is a top boy. The decor and the food is out of this world. Ver carta

Wow amazing place the food was outstanding, me and my family had a large mix sizzler as a starter then for our mains we had chicken curry and mix veg curry and nan. The flavour of the food is amazing i would recommend every to come and try the amazing food here.

Was a bit dubious of a pub doing Indian food but what a delight.menu is not huge but the food was outstanding, coupled with very friendly and efficient staff for both dining and bar.we will most certainly return on our next trip to Sutton.thanks for a lovely evening

I wish they had a larger menu... I stopped by for some delicious Indian food. Unfortunately, the selection of 8 main courses is quite limited. No Saagwala, balti, etc. It's a shame because the food they do offer is excellent. This might not be the place for you if you're looking for a wide variety of options on the menu. Ver carta

My family went to the restaurant at 5:00 pm to celebrate my grandson's birthday. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group. The only form of heating in the restaurant was calor gas heaters so we chose a table nearest one of these. We ordered our food but it came out before the plates, and when the plates finally arrived they were stone cold, causing the food to go cold quickly. The food itself was delicious, but our experience was spoiled by the cold temperature inside the restaurant. We would consider going again, but only in the Spring or Summer when it is warmer.

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic. When we arrived, we ordered drinks and appetizers. We requested a break between our appetizers and main course, and we were consistently attended to without having to search for service. When we ordered our main dishes, we requested additional spice and unique flavors. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed more drinks after our meal. The prices were reasonable for the high quality of the food. This place will definitely become my new favorite spot. I'm not sure if they offer takeout, but I will inquire. The staff here are truly exceptional.

What a surprise. I read the recent reviews on trip advisor and popped in with the good lady. Let me tell you, genuinely the best Indian cuisine I’ve eaten in a long time. Reasonably priced, lovely friendly staff and a taste sensation. I ordered Chicken Tikka Massala which consisted of large chunks of chicken in a sizzling platter. The good lady ordered a mix veg curry, pilau rice (which I helped with) and we both shared a garlic and coriander naan. Really couldn’t fault it. Kingfisher on tap too! We will continue to support this local business which is a little gem of a find. If you can support them then please do so they stick around.
