"I have taken two lunches here between the visits to the composing quarter and the Brahms Museum, which is currently a few doors away. also the hamburg museum and the michaeliskirche are not far away. the atmosphere is friendly and formal, the personal speaks excellent English and likes to explain what is on the menu (currently only in German). the menu seems to be "modern German" and shows the influence of many international cuisines. in addition to other à la carte dresses there is a special luncheon daily. the vegan bohnencurry with tempeh was delicious. more specials in juli: Rucola-Ravioli with rehstretched and strawberry-balsamico-Jus. or baked red-bark on cream wesing with tomato roast. or Umbrischer spanferkelbraten with marinated vegetables and rosmarinkartoffeln. I was tempted to try an unusual but refreshing organic robe drink that would also work well as scorle! the place is also an ideal stop for coffee and cakes/pie, and I have heard that they are open to dinner. (I understand the restaurant replaces the now closed to the old senator)."
