I met with friends on Saturday night for a much-needed catch up. They brought us to La Bella Luna for dinner. What a fantastic restaurant! We had a great time from beginning to end. The food was amazing and the customer service was excellent. I had the Fillet Steak, which was cooked perfectly, and my husband had the Spaghetti Seafood. The staff were attentive and didn't mind that we stayed late with our friends. I can't wait to come back when we are in the area again. Thank you.

This Italian restaurant in Worcester Park is a hidden gem! The food was delicious and we were very impressed. We started with tasty garlic bread with cheese. Our mains were pizza, pasta, and a side salad, all served piping hot and in generous portions. The drinks were reasonably priced and the gin was served in a large balloon glass, which we appreciated. Overall, we have eaten here before and can confidently say that this is a fantastic local Italian restaurant that we highly recommend.

Enjoyed our meal here. The tomato garlic bread and pasta arrabbiata were particularly good. The setting is traditional and cosy plus the service was good. The portions are generous so go hungry to make the most. Would be nice to see more vegetarian options for the mains. Maybe a spaghetti in garlic and oil sauce or a tagliatelle with courgette and broccoli in a tomato sauce. Also a children’s menu would be good as the pizza is massive plus our youngest usually has a simple penne in a plain tomato sauce but that wasn’t on the menu. Ver carta

Normally we enjoy food at this local restaurant, either on our own or with friends. However, Last Friday 14th I decided to use the toilet prior to oue meal. Passing the kitchen entrance I stepped on a floor mat causing me to fall heavily on my side. I eventually got up and subsequently overheard someone asking what the noise was and the reply was someone slipped on the mat . As I made my way back from the toilet to our table I noticed the mat had been removed. During our remaining time at the venue and when leaving, at no time did any staff enquire if I was okay. As an OAP of 75 years the customer care from this restaurant was noneexistent.Please see injury photo attached.

Booked an early table for my sons birthday so my little grandaughter could come as well.Arrived on time to a completely packed restaurant and table wasn't ready.Waited 2 hours for main courses as they should have limited the menu choices with such a small kitchen and not enough staff!Tbh the food is nice but had gone past eating by then.Didn't get to have the birthday cake as was far too late after waiting so long and my grandaughter exhausted as also so noisy with the amount of people in there as well so sadly she went home. Could not believe they took so many bookings and people all waiting for ages with no social distancing,hand gel on way in or book to sign in with your details.No paper...

We made a reservation for 7 pm on a Wednesday evening for 5 adults and 2 young children. Despite arriving early at 6:30, we called ahead to confirm it was alright. However, even after only ordering garlic bread and olives as starters, we did not receive our pizzas and pastas until 7:50. When my son complained about the delay, he was assured it would be ready soon. After 15 more minutes, my brother approached the chef/owner, who came out of the kitchen and said, "You should have informed us that you were in a hurry." My brother pointed out that with 2 young children, it should have been obvious that we needed to be served promptly. The food finally arrived five minutes later with no apologies... Ver carta
