We stayed in Surano for a week and our host Luis booked us in to this lovely trattoria. Amazing antipasto, a feast of the local verdure. Great pasta to follow. Very good service and ambiance. Recommended.

excellent cuisine. appetizers, first and second level really high! very beautiful location immersed in the historical center. the quality service and refineries as well as of society makes all its cultural preparation transpare. to improve the wine card: a place where you eat so well should improve the offer even with more fine wines.

Also this summer we returned to dinner from raffaele, to the bersagliera, with family and friends . excellent appetizers with authentic caponata, various vegetables, crocchette of potatoes salentine with fresh mint. the first, homemade sagas with meatballs and tomato macaroni with a sauce of rocket and burrata. excellent all the raw materials used. The spumons. relaxing close the dinner with the bitters on the typical terrace, very cozy and well furnished. Extraordinary houseowner raffaele who pleasantly entertains his guests . thank you, you make us always feel at home.

Dined on a Monday evening in this charming restaurant. We were starving and went the whole hog with antipasto dishes, pasta and a main course. They serve burrata here and it is wonderful, as were the three pastas we ate and wonderful prawns as a main. We overindulged a little but has we had foregone lunch it seemed right. Each and every dish was well presented and beautifully cooked. There was a good mixture of local people and visitors on the evening we dined. We were unable to take a dessert but perhaps next time. We come to Italy to find places like this in quite remote locations but serving outstanding food. Finally service was perfect.

In addition to greatly enjoying his company, we got an opportunity to see the care and attention he brings to every detail of a dining experience, from selection of the best fresh ingredients, to the home made pasta, to dish presentation, to the creative and delicious meals he prepared.
