My mom, Italian, was an exceptional cook. Which makes me very demanding in Italian cuisine. I myself am a passionate cook, The dishes we enjoyed at the Bocca Nuova match perfectly to our expectations... all tastes were there, as at home!

Excellent restaurant, very good reception, top decor, impeccable service, very good advice (especially for wine, you have reconciled me with Italian wines), refined Italian cuisine which is very rare for an Italian restaurant. In bonus limoncello hit, exquisite.

First family terrace for 1.5 years. Fresh products with taste, with the reception of a very concerned couple to enjoy and share. Our children happy with a vegetable burger and finely seasoned pasta. Authentic Italian products...A team that wants to see them resume their activity as restorers the heart leger.

First visit to this ristorante , wine bar and foodari, nice welcome, pretty room and background music in the tempo. An important choice of spritz and cocktails (e.g. negroti). I strongly recommend this restaurant, which was a very nice discovery for us. Between friends, and a little by chance, we were not disappointed with the journey: excellent dishes, a warm welcome, and a place full of history! We'll probably come back again, everything was successful from A to Z! Bravo and thank you, we're lucky to have such a beautiful place in Nancy! A real Italian restaurant!

A confirmed reservation on site the day before asking for a table for 2 people on the terrace. You are called the same day 2 hours before telling you that this is no longer possible except inside. A good Italian restaurant. I took delights with cheese and walnut, but I only had a few micro walnut cracks on the top of my plate fortunately that I was asked if I wanted nuts ... so disappointed. The charcuterie and cheese entry plancha is rather good with good Italian products but it spoils on dishes... Small serving of tasteless ravioli, practically no sauce and the boss does not offer parmesan... strange for an Italian restaurant! To avoid the alle vongole inguins, too cooked and that do not respect the traditional recipe at all, which does not include lemon and herbs... In short disappointed even if the decor is superb, the quality of the dishes is not unfortunately there.
