Local extremamente agradável. Boa música, boa comida e excelente atendimento. A localização junto à praça faz o ambiente ainda ficar melhor. Os drinks são ótimos, criativos, bonitos e muito bons. Recomendo!

for a 3 star hotel it is better than many 5 stars I had. the rooms were clean. the breakfast was perfect. but above all the personal. the personal was just great. friendly, smiling, helpful. they feel welcome. I will go back to this hotel next time in nimes

I had to cancel one of my two rooms within the contractually approved time and the hotel refused to refund my money. I had paid the room in advance as a courtesy to the hotel. We used one of the rooms I booked, it had a hostel feeling and the wifi did not work.

we really enjoyed our overnight here, excellent location, simple parking in public garage, spacious rooms and bathroom. the bar and restaurant serves excellent cocktails and delicious fresh food. all staff were very friendly and friendly, we will definitely stay here more often

When we returned to our room for the evening around 11 pm the room smelled terribly of kitchen grease. There was no one at the hotel desk. We had a two night booking and the next morning I cancelled the second night only to be told that they would not refund me the room cost and that I should have asked to be moved (after 11 pm). I booked directly through the hotel so there was no reason to not refund me my payment for the second night. They essentially said it was my responsibility to notify them. Never mind that I spent a very unpleasant night there already (so sorry but it was apparently my fault). They offered me another room which I absolutely did not want to take as I was unhappy with...
