"C'est une adresse où l'on prend toujours plaisir à s'y retrouver.Côté ambiance déco, c'est chaleureux, des jeux en bois flamands sont à dispositions. Les lieux sont soignés et propres ( ça semble évident et pourtant il faut le préciser, nous avons récemment visité un établissement "sale" ).Côté fourneaux, les produits sont cuisinés et ça se sent ! Ici pas de barquette industrielle repassée au micro-ondes, même la mayo est maison. Les grands classiques sont présents, et maîtrisés, à cela s'ajoute un plat du moment. Les prix sont à la juste mesure de la qualité des produits proposés. Élément important d'un estaminet, les bières! Les pompes sont bien choisies. Notamment la bière du moment.Enfin le service, toujours souriant et attentif.Conclusion, si vous ne passez pas devant, faites le détour."

"After a long drive we were wandering around this lovely town searching for a beer and a meal. Although not yet open, the waitress unlocked the door and with lots of hand signals (we speak little French, she spoke little English) we booked a table for later in the evening. On our return, this popular eatery was quite busy (Sat eve) so we were glad we had booked. There was only one version of the menu in English, but that's all we needed! The male waiter speaks good English and put some effort into explaining the Plat Du Jour; roast cod on mashed potato with diced veg in a creamy sauce. I enjoyed this dish with lovely fresh veg and the fish was cooked perfectly. My partner had beef in beer with chips and salad. The meat was extremely tender. The trio of home made mini deserts (Tiramisu, chocolate mouse and apple tart) with a coffee was excellent. This was a bright and airy restaurant. The toilets were spotless (and had seats which are not always avialble in France). The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Our bill for 2 mains, 1 sweet, 1 beer and 1 cocktail was 44 euros and worth every cent for good quality home cooked food."

"It's by chance that we went to eat in this brewery in the city center. we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes (homemade) that were served us. very tender meat, quality fries. Fresh fruit salad. very positive advice on this establishment where we will return with great pleasure."

"Service: great! A thoughtful, patient, available, smiling... The kitchen: dishes from the region (with products from the region) but revisited (welch at the mountain of cats and ham/chorizo), an original vegetarian plate (falafels, vegetated mini welch, vegetable cake), good fresh fries (it's important), improved desserts... Drinks: a map of original and local beers The place: original, super pleasant, we feel like home Finally, that's all we're waiting for when we're going to eat at the restaurant... the bosses have all understood! If you go around, don't hesitate, it's really great and it's worth a visit. What's certain is that we'll go back there when we get back in the corner! Thank you."

"The dishes offered invariably follow the cycle of the seasons and magnify with delicacy and subtlety the products of Northern France. Everything except the salt is sourced from local farmers is organic and of the food is vegetarian. over, Ladeyn is on a mission...to make avant-garde dining affordable. That is why the restaurant has cut down on frills like menu cards and table cloths, and multicourse meals start from as low as twenty euros. Here dining is full of surprises when you enter the restaurant, you have no idea what you are going to eat. You just tell your dietary requirements and let the magician chef enchant you with his culinary wonders. My second course consists of a locally grown cabbage-like green vegetable called Kohlrabi stuffed with goat cheese and served in a fennel sauce with a delicate garnishing of the elderflowers. The next two courses familiarise me with the seasonal veggies of the region –the tender green asparagus served with fermented verbena juice followed by grilled Zucchini and sage. The main course is a tender blend of flavours in the form of grilled lettuce, white asparagus garnished with sunflower seeds. One of the most innovative feasts of my life was concluded with an exceptional of rhubarb, juniper berries and wood sorrel. Dining at Auberge du Vert Mont in Boeschepe is a culinary experience of a lifetime wonderful mix of textures and tastes!"
