We took a step in LA BOUGNATE and did not regret it! Before spending the night in a very quiet room we had dinner. The dishes served by the chef are a model of what French cuisine does best, lens with foie gras, lamb confit and coconuts, Auvergne cheeses and home desserts are exquisite! The company Douche Quiude is 18 people from all over France, spent 48 hours at the hotel restaurant La Bougnate Mr. DUBRAY, the head of this establishment, has received us perfectly. This summer, in Auvergne, our steps have guided us to this small restaurant LA BOUGNATE in the shadow of the parasols.
