on the hill walking from the center of vegetable garden. quiet, clean, offers an excellent breakfast on a veranda overlooking the lake and on the island of san giuglio. to return as soon as possible!

beautiful location, dining on the terrace overlooking the island of San Giulio. I was expecting something extra from the fish kitchen. noodles to the julium did not completely satisfy me (the tomato sauce did not convince me). Ver carta

very nice hotel, in a very good location a few steps from the historic center, spacious room, a nice comfortable bathroom, we also had a nice garden view terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and deck chairs. There is a beautiful pool. a nice terrace for breakfast, lunch and dinner. very kind and helpful staff. convenient parking.

After a few years I returned to this place to celebrate the wedding anniversary of my parents. We ate on the terrace overlooking the island. The entrance is identical to what I remembered. The staff has always been present, very kind and attentive to every single need. Good menu, few courses, well divided between fish and meat; a beautiful discovery of goto the mascarpone with saffron and hazelnut granella; particular the balsamic vinegar ice cream that accompanied the tartare; delicate risotto with persic fish but probably was hung a little earlier. in general all courses were plentiful and costs a little over the average but you also pay the place as normal. we had the pleasure of having lunch on the terrace, with breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and the island of San Giulio. The owners and staff are of a kindness and disarming professionalism, all accompanied by delicious dishes. Value for money excellent and just compared to everything that offers this hotel/restaurant, for a shared appetizer, first, sweets, coffee, wine glasses and a water in two, really honest. If all this is not enough, you can park your car inside the hotel's private and free parking. after lunch we were invited by the staff to leave the car there, without having to pay parking at communal hours, in order to be able to enjoy the visit to the sacred mountain, orta s...
