We are very glad that we decided to spend our dinner night at this restaurant because the food was spectacular! We both ordered the fish entrée and plats; we were so glad of our choice, cus the fish here were so fresh and delicious!!

The atmosphere here is delicate and intimate, we really enjoyed the dinner here. Food is great. Service is attentive which is not common. We had appetizers fried baby calamari and octopus carpaccio, both are the best we’ve ever had! Entrees beef kabob with veggies and...sword fish with black rice are both tasty too. Reservation recommended.

We found this little restaurant on trip advisor. If it has been possible to give more starts, I would do it. The sevice was perfect. The lady knew, what she is doing, how she should do it and when it is the right time to...bring next dish/ ask if we need sth or just simply check if everything is alright. Food was marvelous, tender and in a right amount. We were always informed, what is inside and how it was prepared. I can just recommend them further. The place is also lovely and designed with good taste. We loved it! Great experience, excellent food and professional service!

We were a party of wanting to eat out on a November Friday. The restaurants we had looked at in advance were all fully booked. We asked our hotel reception for a recommendation of a simple. cozy restaurant at the Old Port. We did...not want anything too fancy or expensive. They suggested La Cantine and after checking it online, we made a reservation. The menu was influenced by Italian cuisine, but there were many local elements as well, which was nice. The daily specials board was great. Our group had a nice meal, e.g. octopus carpaccio, foie gras, pan-fried calamari (highly recommended, it was served ever so lightly breaded with a generous serving of green salad), gorgonzola steak and some...
